- Who is the TeamCollective partner program for?
- Local businesses that youth baseball families already trust — restaurants, training facilities, uniform shops, team photographers, sports medicine providers, and camps or clinics. If families are already asking coaches whether they can recommend you, this program formalizes it.
- How does the referral flow work?
- You apply, we match you with organizations in your area whose families fit your business, and every recommendation is tracked through the organization's public site and family communications. When a family converts, the referral is credited automatically.
- Is there a cost to apply?
- No. Applying is free. Approved partners are listed on organization sites and referenced in family communications; commercial terms are agreed with each participating organization.
- Which types of businesses get approved?
- Businesses that already serve baseball families well — with a real local presence, verifiable reputation, and pricing families can trust. We prioritize categories baseball families ask about weekly: training, uniforms, restaurants, photography, sports medicine, and camps.
- How long does approval take?
- Most applications get a response within a few business days. If we don't have the right organization match in your area yet, we'll let you know and follow up when we do.
